I love chocolate truffles but I don’t often make them myself. Last week, my niece (the sweetest 12 year old girl that you will ever meet) said that she wanted to cook something with me. She wanted to make something dessert oriented, so I found a few recipes and showed them to her so that she could pick. She immediately picked the chocolate truffles. We used this recipe (without the liqueur) and found some cookie making supplies to decorate. They were delicious and I think that I’ll be trying them again very soon.
