Seafood Pasta with Tuscan Hot Oil

As I said yesterday, we ate a lot of seafood over the weekend. There’s a market near the house that has “fresh catch” bags every day. There are always 3 varieties, all a different mixed bag of seafood, cleaned, prepped and ready for you to cook. We bought one for dinner on Saturday and made this yummy pasta. Obviously, based on what was inside (shrimp, mussels, calamari, etc.) we adjusted the recipe a bit. But it was still delicious – especially the oil which I think I’ll have to put on just about everything.

  2. Wow….this dish looks so tasty, maybe I could try it out for valentines…the boyfriend is a huge seafood fan :)
