Garlicky Shrimp with Olive Oil

More seafood we ate last weekend – this time, our Super Bowl appetizer. I have an immense fear of burned garlic (do it once and you will too) so I left the garlic cloves whole as well as the chiles. We also drizzled a tiny bit of olive oil on at the end which I think really made it fantastic. These garlicky shrimp were amazing and immediately took me back to my trips to Spain in college.
