You know those days when you just need something utterly cheesy and warm and delicious? Or maybe a day when you don’t really have time to make something but you want something that will excite your taste buds from your average, everyday fare? Those days are what this panini is for. I am not a sandwich snob but frankly it’s hard not to be with a sandwich like this one. Although really it’s just a more refined ham and cheese sandwich. But the combinations are endless. I’d like to try it with a Spanish twist – using jambon and manchego cheese instead, maybe?
